Healing Starts with Nutrition
 
“If Man Made It, Don’t Eat It”

We have so much processed food in the world now. Not food that are processed for good health but big profits. I was a lacto-ovo vegetarian for over 30 years because I wanted to eat lower on the food chain. I knew what they where doing wanted to protect myself. About I year ago I stopped. I came across the Keto Diet and that diet keep your insulation levels low. That is a good thing for me because diabetes runs in my family. I did it for over 6 months as a vegetarian. Then I realized the I would not be able to travel and eat. So, I needed to make a change. So I now eat meat again but most of the time it is grass finished. I will brake down my story over time.
 
Natural Foods
 
            Eating food as God intended. Most people know that they are eating something God made or man-made. There are over 20 names for sugar on packaging and we need to remove it to heal our bodies me included.
 
High fructose corn syrup was first introduced to our food supply in the 1970s. We are eating so many junk carbs that are loaded with sugar. Even our catchup is lased with sugar. The main growth was from 1980 to 2000. These foods are addictive and I know stopping will not be easy.
 
Clean water
 
When we do not drink water, we have a lot of health issues that start showing up. They include fatigue, headaches, dry mouth, muscle and joint pain, muscle weakness, dizziness and lightheadedness. That is not all them there are more.
 
Fasting
 
To some people fasting is a scary word. I have got into a pattern of fasting and I am loving it and feeling better and it is getting easier every time I do it. My current schedule is…
 
M-F fast 18 hours Eat in a 6 an hour window.
 
Saturday and Sunday, I fast for 13 eat in an 11-hour window.
 
I am not a medical Doctor you should always check with your doctor before you start fasting.
 
From everything I have read anything under 48 hours of water fasting is safe for most people.

My final thoughts are that we need to understand that what we put in our body directly effects our health. God love you just the way you are but sometime he wants us to change for the better. If you are wanting to make a change we are here to help and encourage.
