We have so much processed food in the world now. Not food that are processed for good health but big profits. I was a lacto-ovo vegetarian for over 30 years because I wanted to eat lower on the food chain. I knew what they where doing wanted to protect myself. About I year ago I stopped. I came across the Keto Diet and that diet keep your insulation levels low. That is a good thing for me because diabetes runs in my family. I did it for over 6 months as a vegetarian. Then I realized the I would not be able to travel and eat. So, I needed to make a change. So I now eat meat again but most of the time it is grass finished. I will brake down my story over time.
