Because you are not of this world you control your state of mind. 

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.(Romans 12:2 ESV)

You can choose to have fun, be Free, relax and meditate, take a walk out in the sun, speak using positive words, laugh, smile, have a heart of love, give back to people and God.

Sound and music can have a profound effect on our body designed by God. Everything is vibrating and can be effect by sound both positively and negativity. Everything – all our tissues, cells, organs, emotions and thought patterns – have their own unique electro-magnetic fields, as do allergens, viruses, bacteria and fungi.

Breathing and the health benefits ​

We can do energy healing in many ways. Most commonly, we laying on of hands. But you can also use your voice and your breath and playing instruments.

Box Breathing

  1. Place your hand on your side of your rib cage. 
  2. Breathing in for a count of 5. Feel your chest expand.
  3. Hold for 5 
  4. Ten breath out for 5.
  5. and hold for 5. then repeat.

Box breathing is used by Police officers, Soldiers and anyone in fight and flight mode. repeat anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes until calm returns. 

Other types of breathing exercises are Coherent breathing, Vase breathing and Wim Hoff breathing.
